About the Role : A leading Saudi construction and engineering company is seeking a Saudi National Construction Lawyer to join their legal team. The role focuses on providing expert legal support across high-value construction projects, ensuring contracts and disputes are managed effectively under Saudi law.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and ancillary project documentation in Arabic.
- Advise project teams on contractual, regulatory, and legal matters.
- Manage claims, disputes, and risk mitigation strategies in alignment with Saudi law.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and contractual obligations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors on construction-related matters.
