Job descriptionExperience : Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking IT, with direct hands‑on experience in Core Banking systems. Expertise : Strong knowledge of Core Banking Platforms such as Temenos, Oracle Flexcube, and Finacle. In‑depth understanding of core modules including : Deposits, Lending, Treasury, Payments, General Ledger (GL). Experience with regulatory compliance and audit requirements within the banking domain. Familiarity with Stitch platform or similar middleware / integration technologies. Additional Skills : Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities across technical and business teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Application Owner for Core Banking systems, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance.
- Manage end-to-end integration between Core Banking and other systems such as CRM, ERP, and Digital Channels.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts for new releases, patches, and enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations and compliance alignment.
- Provide techno-functional support, troubleshooting, and system optimization to enhance business efficiency.
- Participate in system audits, documentation, and control reviews as required.
