Role Description

This is a contract role for an Odoo Community Functional Consultant, based in Dammam with hybrid working arrangements allowing some work‑from‑home flexibility. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing the Odoo system to meet client needs, providing end‑user support, and facilitating system adoption. Additional responsibilities include documenting processes, training users, and collaborating with technical teams to implement efficient solutions.

Qualifications

Experience with creating SaaS products based on Odoo CE

Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and identify effective solutions

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

Knowledge of business processes with expertise in Consulting and Finance

Experience with Odoo ERP Community Edition

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and collaborate across teams

Problem‑solving aptitude and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Willingness to learn constantly and work proactively

Accounting background

Prior experience at a startup

Experience in the gold and Jewelry industry

Experience with other ERP systems

Experience in Pre-Sales
