Engineer I, Planning

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules including Baseline, Updated, Recovery and Revised Schedules.

Coordinate with project management and team members to define project scope and objectives.

Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in cooperation with the Project team.

Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders (Internal / Client).

Assist in budgeting and resource allocation decisions.

Closely monitor Milestone and Critical Path / s and multiple float Paths.

Initiate EOT claims, delay analysis and follow‑up with Contracts department and Client.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to schedules.

Analyse project data to identify trends and improve future project planning.

Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Use project management software (Primavera P6, EPPM and MS 360) to track and report project timelines.

Develop contingency plans to address delays and disruptions.

Review and approve project plans developed by subcontractors.

Create in cooperation with project team : Procurement Plan, Engineering Plan, HSE Plan, Quality management plan, Resource Plan, Risk Plan and Project execution Plan.

Qualifications Specification : Bachelor, Engineering, Construction Management.

Years of Experience

10+ years of relevant experience in Mega Projects construction.

PMP Certificate.

Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
