Engineer II, Acceleration and Lean Programs role at TASNEE, based in Riyadh, KSA. Reports to Manager, Batteries Plant.

Summary : Dynamically support and accelerate the company’s continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean principles, process optimization, problem solving methodologies and critical thinking. The role assists in identifying inefficiencies, analysing workflows and drive operational excellence through cross collaboration with multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive the deployment of Lean Principles, Six Sigma Tools and problem-solving methodologies.
• Drive, contribute to and accelerate dynamic projects related to enhancement of product or operations with strategic planning and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve goals and sustain improvements.
• Introduce, analyze and interpret operational data to define KPI’s and execute the planning to reach desired outcomes.
• Participate in Kaizen events, workshops and improvement initiatives to accelerate performance.
• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to reduce production times, increase efficiency, and improve quality.
• Design and implement systems that improve productivity and reduce defects.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to align processes and achieve business goals.
• Use statistical methods and performance metrics to understand and improve performance.
