BIM Modeler / Engineer

Responsibilities

Develop and manage 3D BIM models (Architectural / Structural / MEP). Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues. Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and workflows. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver accurate and detailed models. Support project documentation and assist in BIM-related reporting. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering Proficiency in

Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD

(knowledge of BIM 360 is a plus). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Previous experience in BIM modeling / engineering preferred.
