Job description

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our team and support the expansion of our healthcare network across Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding medical service providers, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. The candidate will play a vital role in establishing strong partnerships to ensure comprehensive service coverage, particularly in underserved regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential medical providers across Saudi Arabia.
  • Conduct due diligence on provider qualifications, accreditations, and service capabilities.
  • Negotiate competitive agreements and service rates.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including contracts and system integration.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance service coverage in underserved areas.
  • Build strong relationships with providers and serve as the main point of contact.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and address any issues.
  • Negotiate cost‑saving agreements while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with Saudi healthcare regulations.
  • Monitor and report provider performance against SLAs and quality metrics.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare procurement or provider relations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools.
