Keeping and coordinating activities of receiving, storing, loading, offloading materials, issuing supplies and orders, and compiling records of supply transactions, in a manner that ensures proper handling at the warehouse. Receiving the product in coordination with the manufacturing department and recording the inventory into the ERP system as per company policy and procedures. Receiving stock orders / receipts and preparing batches for issue to end-users, ensuring compliance with approved needs, and creating batches on the SAP system. Receiving materials into the warehouse and, when necessary, coordinating with Quality Control and end-users for inspections to confirm compliance with requirements. Maintaining storage space by organizing warehouse space and adhering to storage design principles. Participating in annual and ongoing physical inventory programs to confirm data accuracy and completeness, and to assist in identifying and resolving anomalies. Conducting specialized inventory programs in SPC operations in coordination with the Finance Department. Preparing weekly inventory movement reports and conducting system reconciliation to ensure record accuracy. Executing activities related to this function in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager. Qualification & Experience
Diploma degree in Accounting or a related field.
