TITLE - PLANNING ENGINEER

REPORTING TO - CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) Understanding the specification, Scope of work, Drawings and Client Requirements.

2) Developing project baseline scheduled with budget in manly hours.

3) Communicating with Managers, Execution Teams and Other Stake Holders.

4) Compute the required Manpower and Machinery to accomplish the project within time frame.

5) Preparation of recovery Plan, Macro and Micro level schedule to achieve target date.

6) Monitoring and Updating the project progress periodically.

7) Analyzing, Allocating and leveling of resources utilization actual units with budgeted units.

8) Analyzing projects Progress and Performance using management techniques.

9) Preparation of detailed Monthly and weekly progress reports.

10) Record and Maintain event log.

11) Preparation of productivity bank and maintain as update.

12) Ensuring all projects are completed on time within Budgets.

Authority :

1) To provide the project control team with the expertise to deliver the project in the most effective manner and provide the project control team with solid scheduling.

2) Authority will be the same corresponding to responsibility  as mentioned above.

EDUCATION :

1) Bachelors Degree in CIVIL ENGINEERING Or Any Related in Engineering Field.

EXPERIENCE :

1) 05 to 10 Years of Experience in Construction Management.

SALARY : 1) NEGOTIABLE
