Instrumentation & Control Engineer - Saudi Arabia

Position : Database Instrumentation & Control Engineer

Location : Saudi Arabia

Industry : Oil & Gas

Contract Duration : 2 - 4 Years

Our client, a major player in Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas industry, is seeking a highly experienced Instrumentation and Control Engineer to join their engineering team for a 2 - 4-year fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise to large-scale industrial projects in one of the world’s leading energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support the design, installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems across various projects.
Ensure reliable operation and safety of control systems in high-demand environments.
Drive project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and optimize automated systems and process control strategies.
Conduct technical reviews, troubleshooting, and provide hands-on support across all project phases.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in instrumentation and control engineering, preferably within the oil and gas or industrial sector.

Proven project management experience overseeing large-scale instrumentation / control system installations and upgrades.

Strong understanding of process control systems, automation platforms, and industry standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
