Zain Business is seeking a talentedand dedicated Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in theRiyadh region. This full-time on-site position offers a uniqueopportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, enhancingspaces that reflect our clients' needs and aestheticpreferences.

KeyResponsibilities :

As an InteriorDesigner at Zain Business, you will be responsible for a range oftasks that are integral to the successful execution of designprojects. Your primary duties willinclude :

SpacePlanning : Collaborate with clients to understandtheir requirements and develop efficient and effective space plans.Your expertise will ensure optimal use of space while enhancingfunctionality.

Architectureand Construction Drawings : Create detailedarchitectural plans and construction drawings that comply withrelevant building codes and regulations. Your technical skills willbe vital in bringing concepts to fruition and guiding contractorsduring the constructionprocess.

InteriorDesign and FF&E Selections : Design andcurate interiors that are both aesthetically pleasing andfunctional. This includes selecting furniture, fixtures, andequipment (FF&E) that align with the overall design visionand meet clientspecifications.

ClientCollaboration : Engage with clients throughout thedesign process, presenting ideas and modifications to ensure theirvision is accurately represented in the finaldesign.

DesignSoftware Proficiency : Utilize industry-standarddesign software and tools to create presentations, mood boards, anddetailed plans. Your technical abilities will enhance communicationwith clients and projectstakeholders.

Qualifications :

Tobe successful in this role, candidates should possess a robust setof qualifications andskills :

EducationalBackground : A Bachelor’s degree inInterior Design, Architecture, or a related field is essential.This foundational education will support your ability to createinnovative designs and understand technicalaspects.

Experience : Relevant experience in interior design, including space planning,architecture, and the creation of construction drawings, iscrucial. Familiarity with FF&E selection processes willfurther strengthen yourapplication.

TechnicalSkills : Proficiency in design software such asAutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Yourability to effectively utilize these tools will facilitate thedesign process and enhance clientpresentations.

Knowledgeof Codes : A strong understanding of building codes,regulations, and safety standards is necessary to ensure compliancein all designprojects.
