Overview

Coordinate shipping and delivery documentation to ensure smooth and accurate order processing and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue delivery sales vouchers for loaded orders and ensure review by the Store Keeper.
  • Prepare exit permits for loaded goods and submit to Security Department.
  • Print internal transfer forms for items moved between warehouses.
  • Prepare commercial invoices and export packing lists.
  • Review shipping company invoices, verify costs, and file stamped / signed customer receipts.
  • Receive and process sales orders from branches; arrange trucks and delivery vehicles accordingly.
  • Follow up with drivers and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Inspect and verify goods as per sales voucher (count and quality) before loading.
  • Monitor shipping orders inside trucks and match with loading invoices.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Key Skills
