GDO Engineer

Overview

Role Purpose : Handle all site activities including maintenance and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance via Xerox monitoring tools. Fix all machines malfunctions. Consumables management. Meet customer urgent needs. Support in machines connectivity to customer network.
• Deliver machines meter reading on time.
• Review & deliver invoices and provide customer acknowledgement. Follow up on payment.
• Assure maximum customer satisfaction level.
• Maintain and assure high service level for all machines to avoid unnecessary cost in spares and consumables. Immediate address for any consumables / spares bleeding.

Education & Certifications

Engineering bachelor’s degree / equivalent degree.

Required Experience

2-3 years’ experience.
