Maintenance Technician - Trainee

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment by training maintenance staff. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance), implementing preventative maintenance strategies and much more.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance checks and services to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and technical issues that occur on the rail network
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve maintenance procedures and standards
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects and initiatives within the engineering department
