About the location AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to diverse natural environments. Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising rooms and suites, villas with private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, plus a luxury spa and an extensive wellness and recreation offering. The property will provide bay and sea views, a garden spa, fitness programming, hiking and other outdoor activities, and a 27-hole oceanfront golf course.
The Role As Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry, you will support both the pre-opening and daily operations of our pastry kitchen. Working alongside passionate chefs, you will contribute to crafting refined pastries, desserts, and bakery items that reflect the quality and elegance Four Seasons is known for.
What You Will Do
Assist in pre-opening activities such as organizing the pastry kitchen, testing recipes, and supporting menu rollout.
Prepare and present pastries, desserts, and baked items under the guidance of the Chef de Partie.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with HACCP and safety standards.
Help train and guide Commis chefs during prep and service.
Monitor quality, consistency, and portion control across your section.
Collaborate with colleagues across culinary outlets to ensure seamless production and timely service.
What You Bring
Experience as a Demi Chef or strong Commis in a luxury hotel or fine pastry environment.
Solid knowledge of pastry techniques including baking, chocolate, and plated desserts.
Creativity, precision, and a strong eye for detail.
Team spirit and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Pre-opening experience is a plus.
Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. English fluency is essential.
