Role Description

This full‑time, remote position is for a Sales Business Development professional specializing in Logistics Freight Forwarding. The individual will identify new business opportunities, manage and develop client relationships, and promote the company's logistics services. The role focuses on freight forwarding solutions, customer service excellence, and driving sales growth in domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Forwarding and Freight Forwarding to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Export and Freight Transportation processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining exceptional Customer Service relationships.
  • Proven ability to identify new growth opportunities and develop sales strategies in the logistics industry.
  • 2‑5 years of Sales Experience in logistics as Freight.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for logistics operations.
  • Experience in the Saudi logistics market is a plus.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Warehouse sales experience is a plus.
  • Arabic language is a plus.
