Hvac Foreman

Experience & Job Description :

Minimum twelve years proved actual hands-on experience in operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, & repair of chillers (Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Screw,..), package units, and / or HVAC control systems & BMS (Honeywell, Johnson, Stefa, Landis & Gyr, Siemens, etc.) including minimum four years in supervisory position with leadership skill. - Understand control wiring diagrams and function of control components. - Lead and supervise technicians. - Planning and distribute work load. - Conduct training for technicians. - Assist supervisor in root cause analysis. - Select spare parts & material and prepare min & max stock. - Previous experience in manufacturer Co. (Trane, Carrier, York etc) and / or Gulf region is preferred. Job Specification
