Job Brief :

The Section Manager supports the planning, design, and execution of real estate development projects, with a focus on technical analysis, engineering design, and spatial planning. The role includes preparing and modifying master plans, land use programs, and development models in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and NHC initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Provide technical and planning support for real estate development projects.

Prepare and modify master plans and land use programs.

Develop engineering and design solutions aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Evaluate land use and real estate opportunities and study the market.

Support decision-making through technical analysis and market understanding.

Ensure projects comply with NHC initiatives and company standards.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in architecture, urban design, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 6 years in real estate, investment, or development sectors.

Skills :

Planning and strategic thinking, organizational and analytical abilities, real estate evaluation, and market understanding.

Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively.
