Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Jeddah. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves developing and maintaining employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing the offer process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Proficient in Interviewing and Recruiting
• Strong skills in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the food or wellness industry is a plus
