Solution Architect

Role Summary

This role provides services to clients in the solutioning and delivery of complex projects and programs , including advanced application and system integration initiatives. The individual will be accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of complex engagements — from requirements gathering through design, implementation, deployment, and production support. Acting as both a technical and architectural leader, they ensure solution integrity and successful delivery while driving innovation through modern hybrid cloud approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery for complex application and system integration projects across hybrid cloud environments.
• Provide technical, architectural, and project management leadership to ensure solution quality, scalability, and security.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from system requirements and solutioning through deployment and production stabilization.
• Engage directly with clients to articulate the foundations and business value of Red Hat and OpenShift platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, business, and vendor stakeholders) to design and implement integrated solutions.
• Apply hybrid approaches to redesign processes and applications, accelerating digital and business transformation across industries.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and industry best practices throughout the delivery cycle.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting innovation and adoption of next-generation hybrid cloud technologies.
