As part of our Gradion MENA team, you’ll play a key role in driving business development in one of the most dynamic markets in the Middle East. What You Will Do

Research and identify potential leads across the Saudi and GCC markets (startups, VCs, e-commerce brands, corporates). Initiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to introduce Gradion’s services. Qualify leads through discovery conversations to understand business needs, timing, and budgets. Work closely with senior sales and marketing teams to nurture relationships and schedule meetings. Maintain accurate lead data and pipeline updates in the CRM. Contribute to market intelligence understanding trends, players, and opportunities in the Saudi tech and e-commerce ecosystem What You Will Bring

3+ years of experience in sales, business development, client-facing roles (preferably in tech, e-commerce, or startup environments) or consulting within Saudi Arabia or the MENA region. Strong communication and research skills, comfortable reaching out to new people and starting conversations. Fluency in both English and Arabic excellent communication and presentation skills Passion for technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven. Must be based in Saudi Arabia (remote work setup). Nice to Have

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar). Exposure to SaaS, digital agencies, or tech consulting companies. Understanding of the Saudi startup or VC ecosystem. What You Will Get
