Overview
Contract Attorney
We are in search of a qualified and experienced Contract Attorney to join our legal team in Medina. As a Contract Attorney, you will be responsible for reviewing and drafting legal documents, negotiating contracts, and providing legal advice to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and drafting various types of contracts, including but not limited to employment agreements, vendor contracts, and licensing agreements
- Negotiating contract terms on behalf of our clients
- Conducting legal research and providing recommendations on contract disputes or potential legal issues
- Advising clients on their rights and obligations under existing contracts
- Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of all contract negotiations and agreements
Requirements
Salary : $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location : Medina (no accommodation provided)
