Contract Development & Compliance
Draft, review, and finalize contracts and contractual documents in alignment with company policies and international / local standards.
Ensure all contracts adhere to legal, financial, and operational requirements.
Contractor Management
Build and maintain relationships with contractors to secure competitive pricing and quality service.
Maintain an up-to-date subcontractor database and evaluate contractor performance post award.
Financial Analysis & Negotiation
Review and analyze financial proposals, and related documents.
Prepare comparative cost analyses to support decision-making.
Negotiate terms to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Liaise with project management teams to clarify contractual obligations and deliverables.
Resolve disputes through mediation or formal channels as needed.
Process Improvement
Propose and implement enhancements to contract management systems and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to support departmental goals.
Archive contracts and financial documents according to company protocols.
