Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist @ RSI

Job Purpose / Role :

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving business growth by promoting the company’s facility management services, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in facility management services.
  • Build a Sector-wise database of companies that could be potential clients of IFM services.
  • Plan regular follow up with potential clients to ascertain needs of our services.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Address client inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding sales performance and market insights.
