Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic, are preferred. Payroll Administration, Garnishments, and Payroll Taxes skills Experience in managing employee benefits and accounting Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Proficiency in payroll SAP systems Certification in Payroll or Accounting is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance
Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Supervisor at United Pharmaceuticals Company in Jeddah. The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for payroll administration, garnishments, payroll taxes, employee benefits, and accounting tasks on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Process the company's payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Review and verify payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments before finalizing payroll.
- Ensure all payroll transactions are recorded accurately and timely in the payroll system.
