الوصف الوظيفيCoordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies for delivery scheduling. Negotiate transportation rates and ensure cost‑effective logistics operations. Monitor and evaluate the performance of logistics service providers. Work closely with warehouse teams to manage stock levels and ensure proper storage conditions. Track inventory movement and update the system regularly. Support in physical stock counts and reconciliation with system data. Liaise with site engineers and procurement teams to forecast logistics needs. Ensure materials are available on‑site when needed to avoid project delays. Assist in mobilization and demobilization of equipment and manpower. Prepare and maintain all logistics‑related documentation (shipping, customs, transport permits, etc.). Ensure compliance with company policies, local transportation laws, and safety standards. Support customs clearance and import / export procedures when applicable. Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports. Highlight any potential delays, risks, or cost overruns to management. Recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies to and from construction sites.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials according to project schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Verify shipping documents, purchase orders, and delivery notes for accuracy.
