JOB PURPOSE :

T he Supply Performance Specialist is responsible for driving the growth, performance, and quality of the Experiences supply base. The role focuses on acquisition, onboarding, activation, and continuous supply growth, while supporting the BD team in diversifying and expanding Experiences categories in key markets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Lead supply acquisition efforts across priority markets and categories, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality Experience providers.
Own the onboarding and activation funnel, ensuring new suppliers are launched smoothly with the right tools, guidelines, and support.
Monitor and improve supply performance metrics, covering activation rates, quality, responsiveness, and experience delivery standards.
Use data to identify supply gaps, diagnose performance issues, and propose initiatives to improve availability, quality, and host engagement.
Collaborate with the BD Lead to diversify Experiences categories, supporting category expansion and identifying new subvertical opportunities.
Work closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Data to enhance host experience, streamline processes, and activate growth opportunities.
Develop and execute communication and educational campaigns for suppliers through CRM, ensuring consistent engagement and knowledge transfer.
Track and report success metrics, combining quantitative and qualitative insights to drive iterative improvements and strategic decision-making

Requirements

COMPETENCIES :

Partner & Relationship Management : Ability to build trust with suppliers, influence their performance, and guide them through onboarding, activation, and continuous improvement.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Comfort working with dashboards, funnel metrics, and performance data to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and prioritize actions.

Operational Excellence & Process Discipline : Strong execution skills with the ability to manage pipelines, enforce quality standards, and optimize supply-facing processes.

Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration : Clear communication with internal teams (BD, Operations, Product, Marketing) and external suppliers to align expectations and drive progress

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :

Bachelor’s degree required.

3+ years of experience in supply management, partnerships, performance management, or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data tools.

Experience working with CRM systems and executing supplier / partner campaigns.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational discipline with attention to detail.

Experience in marketplace platforms, travel, or experiences is preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
