Overview

Black & Grey HR is representing a global leader in precision machinery and tools for the jewelry manufacturing sector in Dubai, UAE. Renowned for innovation, quality, and customer-focused solutions, the company is seeking a Product Manager to drive growth and strengthen its specialized machinery and tools portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap : Define and execute a clear product roadmap to strengthen market position and profitability.
  • Market & Competitive Insights : Conduct in-depth market research, track trends, and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
  • Supplier & Manufacturer Partnerships : Develop and manage strong global supplier relationships to ensure quality, innovation, and timely delivery.
  • Sales & Technical Enablement : Support sales teams with product expertise, demos, presentations, and customer consultations.
  • Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee sourcing, pricing, launches, and phase-outs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Training & Development : Deliver product training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and clients.
  • Customer Feedback & Improvement : Capture and integrate customer feedback to enhance usability, features, and after-sales support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related technical field).
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or industrial machinery (ideally jewelry manufacturing or precision equipment).
  • Strong technical understanding of jewelry machinery and tools.
  • Proven skills in project management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Commercial acumen with an analytical, market-driven mindset.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and self-driven, with strong relationship-building abilities across geographies.
  • Flexibility to travel locally and internationally.
