الوصف الوظيفيBachelors degree in engineering Project Management (Masters degree preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure and construction cost management preferably within a developer or large contractor environment. Advanced skills in Power BI Excel and cost control software such as Oracle or Candy. PMP certification is strongly preferred; CCP certification is a plus. Philippines or Saudi citizens are preferred to apply.
Role Objective :
To manage and control the cost of major real estate and infrastructure projects by providing accurate estimates tracking expenditures analyzing financial performance and delivering executive dashboards that enable data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and validate comprehensive cost estimates for infrastructure and development projects.
- Monitor actual costs vs. budget and analyze cost variances with actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key financial performance indicators (CPI EAC VAC etc.).
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and report performance trends.
- Coordinate with finance engineering and procurement teams to ensure data integrity and cost alignment.
