Provide human resources and administrative support, manage documentation, recruitment, and maintain employee records with strong organizational skills. Evaluate employee competency, design training programs, manage training administration, and ensure compliance with quality and safety policies. Manage subcontract agreements, execution, and claims with proficiency in contract management and excellent English communication skills. Develop and manage electrical BIM models, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure standards compliance, and provide technical support and training. Develop and manage mechanical BIM models, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure model quality, and support junior staff. Coordinate long-term planning, system compliance, and maintenance coordination, with SAP experience in oil and gas operations. Coordinate warehouse activities, manage inventory, and ensure effective communication in supply chain operations. Evaluate employee competencies, design training programs, develop materials, ensure policy compliance while managing performance metrics and facilitating workshops. Draft fabrication drawings and supervise production flow; requires strong AutoCAD skills and experience in metal fabrication. Monitor CCTV and security alarms, manage access control, prepare incident reports, and ensure compliance with protocols in a corporate security environment. Assist in structural engineering for residential projects, ensure compliance with design specifications, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain quality standards. Support mechanical installation, commissioning, and maintenance while coordinating with teams; degree in Mechanical Engineering and automation project experience preferred. Lead landscape installation and maintenance teams, manage resources, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate client relationships for sustainable projects. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree typically required for several roles. Experience ranges commonly from 2 to 6 years depending on the position.
