HSE Officer

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections. Monitor workplace activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. Deliver HSE induction and training sessions for employees and contractors. Maintain and update HSE documentation and records. Liaise with management, employees, and external agencies regarding safety matters Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian safety regulations and Aramco safety standards. Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OHSAS 18001, etc.). Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills Proficiency in both written and spoken English and formal Arabic.
