We are seeking a Health & Safety Officer (HSE Officer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support site safety compliance, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure adherence to ISO 45001 and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and implement control measures.
  • Support incident reporting and investigations.
  • Monitor compliance with PPE, PTW, and toolbox talks.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and workers to resolve safety concerns.
  • Promote teamwork and motivate others to follow safe practices.

Qualifications

  • NEBOSH / OSHA / IOSH certification preferred.
  • Experience in construction or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional attitude and commitment to safety.
