We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated RAN Optimization Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing 5G / 4G networks to meet SLA-defined KPIs, ensuring top-tier performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end RAN optimization for 5G / 4G networks to meet SLA KPIs

–>

Analyze network performance and recommend parameter changes to improve KPIs

–>

Conduct drive test analysis and provide actionable insights

–>

Handle and resolve VIP customer complaints across 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G technologies

–>

Execute cluster optimization for 2G / 3G / LTE / 5G to enhance network quality

–>

Maintain awareness of Ericsson RAN features, functionalities, and traffic strategies

–>

Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Operations, Design, Core, and Projects

–>

️ Prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations and reports

Required Qualifications

–>

Proven experience in RAN optimization across 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G

–>

Strong understanding of Ericsson RAN features and parameters

–>

Proficiency in KPI analysis and optimization strategy development

–>

️ Experience with drive test tools and post-processing software

–>

️ Excellent communication and presentation skills

–>

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
