This regional role requires a results‑driven HR professional who can operate in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring compliance, optimizing HR functions, and traveling on short notice as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee HR operations in the Saudi branch.

Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws and healthcare regulations.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to drive efficiency.

Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and foster a strong work culture.

Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

Requirements
