Graduate Employment Program – Princess Noura University

Saudiaat.com is an online, AI-enabled platform dedicated to connecting Saudi females with job opportunities and bridging the gap between employers and job seekers. The platform helps Saudi females find employment and supports them in upskilling and preparing for the job market. This Graduate Trainee Program is designed to nurture and develop the next generation of talented professionals. It offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to kickstart their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Rotate through various departments within the university to gain comprehensive exposure to different functional areas
Assist in research projects and administrative tasks to support faculty and staff
Participate in specialized training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills
Collaborate with team members on cross-functional projects and initiatives
Contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to improve university processes and programs
Engage in mentorship opportunities with experienced professionals in your field of interest
Support the organization and execution of campus events and activities
Prepare reports and presentations on assigned projects and learning experiences

Qualifications

Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Strong academic record demonstrating a commitment to learning and excellence

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Leadership potential and initiative-taking capabilities

Time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
