Plan, coordinate, and track technical deliverables across the product lifecycle Manage dependencies, risks, and timelines for engineering deliverables Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals Ensure features meet business objectives and user needs Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional technical squad Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability within the team Resolve blockers and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture Drive continuous improvement in development practices, code quality, and delivery speed Maintain clear communication between business and engineering teams Skills

Required Qualifications :

Experience : 5+ years in Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Project Manager roles, ideally in fast-paced tech environments Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and end-to-end software delivery processes Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable deliverables Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar) Technical background or strong understanding of web / mobile application architecture Personal Skills :
