HSE Officer

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree / Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian safety regulations and Aramco safety standards. Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OHSAS 18001, etc.). Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills Proficiency in both written and spoken English and formal Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections.
- Monitor workplace activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Deliver HSE induction and training sessions for employees and contractors.
- Maintain and update HSE documentation and records.
- Liaise with management, employees, and external agencies regarding safety matters
