Responsibilities

  • Assisting the sales team in the reconciliation of balances customers (SOA), preparing & collecting, differences investigation, balance confirmation.
  • Communicate directly with customers with regards to AR balance any discrepancies.
  • Processing accounts receivables clearing with payments / credit notes.
  • Overdue receivables monitoring and highlighting risks to sales team.
  • Control of the team's compliance with CHQ and cash payment procedures.
  • Rebates issuing, BDA agreements availability control, allocation of rebates and its clearing with TAR.
  • Control of all financial responsibilities in absence of second finance manager of all financial operations / task.
  • To assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, payment processing, reconciliations of vendors, and support in monthly closings, ensuring accurate and timely financial records in compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in related major
  • Preferable ACCA – CIMA- CIPA
  • Experiences 1-3 years of experience
  • Other requirement Excel proficiency, partial analytical experience, SOCPA Membership
