Hydraulic Technician

Overview

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking Hydraulic Technician to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility is to ensure the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wellhead control systems, instrumentation, hydraulic, and electrical components in oil and gas production facilities. The role ensures the safe and efficient operation of wellheads, emergency shutdown (ESD) systems, and associated equipment, complying with industry safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical & Instrumentation Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain process control instruments, including pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters / switches.
• Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation issues.
• Perform loop checks, signal testing, and verification of field instruments.
• Install, maintain, and repair wellhead electrical components, including motors, actuators, and power distribution panels.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in wellhead control panels, motorized actuators, and power circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system documentation.
