The Job Description

Responsibilities

• Managing Asset Lifecycle.
• Manage assets movements and issuing of hardware and software.
• Build, maintain, and regularly update the hardware and software inventory.
• Work with other technical and non-technical departments to ensure that IT assets are being used efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor the organization’s IT assets to ensure they are being used appropriately and provide regular reports on their usage.
• Manage asset risks and issues that may affect IT services and end-user productivity.
• Maintain the stores and organize the asset.
• Suggest new hardware that can improve the work.
• Prepare and maintain RFPs and deliveries.
