Overview
As a Sales Executive in Freight Forwarding at GAC Saudi Arabia, you'll be key to driving sales and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on meeting targets and delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Develop new clients from the Local market in Saudi Arabia.
- Contribute to achieving targets both in terms of revenue and volume.
- Follow up on new potential business.
- Resolve problems through collaboration with inter-department colleagues, partners, and management on issues regarding customers.
- Monitor the credit limits with clients.
- Maintain an electronic information database under the GAC system for current customers and prospects.
- Promote self-development, enhance market and competitor knowledge.
Qualifications And Experience
Graduate – University Degree.2-4 years of sales experience in a logistics company or freight forwarding.Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills).Strong sales and customer service skills, with experience in team support.Good knowledge of customer service and meeting sales goals.Ability to maintain customer relations.Skilled in Microsoft Office.Notes
