We are seeking a

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

tolead the design, development, and improvement of mechanical systems and machinery. You will prepare detailed designs, perform calculations, support manufacturing, and drive innovation based on engineering best practices and customer feedback. Responsibilities : Prepare detailed calculations and technical drawings for proposed machines Develop and finalize mechanical designs using CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) Analyze factors such as tolerances, dimensions, and structural strength Upgrade or modify existing machines based on feedback and data analysis Support manufacturing during the building and installation processes to ensure design accuracy Build prototypes, conduct testing, and modify designs to meet safety, performance, and efficiency standards Research competitor products and suggest product enhancements Calculate and document cost estimates for product designs (materials, labor, overhead) Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and quality Provide regular project updates during team meetings and to leadership Requirements : Education :

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineeringor a related field.

Experience :

5 to 8 years of hands-on mechanical engineering and design experience Languages

: Professional in English Skills : Proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) Familiarity with CAE / CAM systems Strong analytical skills for calculations and structural analysis Knowledge of engineering analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS) Excellent understanding of mechanics, thermodynamics, kinematics, and material science Mathematical computing skills (Excel, MATLAB, etc.) Creativity and innovation in mechanical design Strong verbal and written communication skills Technical documentation and report writing abilities Ability to lead design projects and mentor junior engineers
