Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Warehouse & Analytics Consultant with extensive experience in data warehousing, data analytics, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Data Warehouse Design & Management :  Lead the design, implementation, and management of data warehouses, ensuring data integrity, quality, and security.
  • ETL Processes :  Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient data flow from various sources into the data warehouse.
  • Data Analytics :  Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
  • Power BI Development :  Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaboration :  Work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Performance Tuning :  Optimize data warehouse performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Documentation :  Maintain comprehensive documentation of data warehouse architecture, ETL processes, and analytics solutions.
  • Training & Support :  Provide training and support to end-users on data analytics tools and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Experience :  Minimum of 10 years of experience in data warehousing, data analytics, and Power BI.
  • Technical Skills :  Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts. Strong expertise in Power BI for data visualization.
  • Analytical Skills :  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Project Management :  Proven experience in managing large-scale data projects from inception to completion.
  • Communication :  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Certifications :  Relevant certifications in data warehousing, data analytics, and Power BI are highly desirable.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau or QlikView.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior data professionals.
