Our company is seeking a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor with strong main contractor experience to join our team in Jeddah, KSA . If you’re detail-oriented, numbers-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality projects, this role is for you!

Your Role & Duties : Responsibilities

• Contract Administration : Administer construction contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Cost Monitoring : Monitor and control construction costs, identifying areas for cost savings.
• Valuations : Prepare and certify interim and final payments to contractors.
• Claims Management : Manage and negotiate contractor claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.
• Final Account Preparation : Prepare and agree final accounts with contractors.
• Report : Provide regular cost reports to project stakeholders.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
