Knowledge of inventory software and MS Office applications. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving of materials when required.

Key Responsibilities :
- Receive, inspect, and store materials and supplies in an organized manner.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly.
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment of items.
- Prepare and issue materials to different departments as per requests.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and implement safety measures in the storeroom.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding stock requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and compliance within the storage area.
