AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys including rooms and suites, villas with private pools, and branded residential villas. The resort will offer a luxury spa, fitness facilities, a 27-hole oceanfront golf course, and extensive wellness and recreational offerings. About the Role

As a Recreation Assistant Manager, you will support the daily operations of the Recreation Department, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, engaging, and memorable experience. You will oversee recreational facilities, activities, and team members while maintaining the highest service standards. What You Will Do

Assist in managing daily recreation operations, including pools, fitness centers, kids’ club, and leisure activities. Supervise, train, and support recreation team members to deliver exceptional guest service. Ensure all safety procedures are followed, including equipment checks and lifeguard standards. Coordinate guest activities, events, and wellness programs tailored to different age groups. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care. Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring proper upkeep and availability. Support scheduling, payroll inputs, and departmental administration. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. What You Bring

Previous supervisory experience in recreation, hospitality, or leisure management. Strong knowledge of recreational operations, safety standards, and activity programming. Excellent leadership and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset. Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, or first aid (preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. What We Offer
