About the Role :

We are seeking a driven and articulate female Subscription Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in contacting potential customers, explaining our subscription-based products, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Your goal will be to build trust with prospects, convert them into loyal subscribers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads and prospects to introduce our services.

Understand the customers' needs and recommend the most suitable subscription plan.

Follow up with interested leads and support them throughout the sign-up process.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve customer acquisition strategies.

Achieve monthly subscription targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

Previous experience in telesales, customer acquisition, or subscription-based services preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.

Organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven.

Proficiency in using CRM systems is a plus.

Fluency in Arabic is required; English is a plus.
