Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures. Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency. Identify and resolve logistical challenges, coordinating with cross-functional departments as needed. Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders to support smooth operations. Qualifications

Strong supervisory skills and experience in leading teams Proficiency in operations and operations management Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills to interact with different stakeholders Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field Experience in the logistics or delivery industry is a plus Seniority level
