Safeguard the entity from non-compliance with laws and regulations Protect the entity from using resources for illegal activities Establish and maintain effective compliance risk management and control systems, regulatory monitoring and reporting, and sanctions. Provide timely advice on relevant changes in the regulatory environment Promote integrity in the organization Assess customer risks, investigate transaction patterns, and report irregularities Foster a culture of compliance Ensure that all employees are trained on laws and regulations Actively collaborate with operational and sales stakeholders to ensure teamwork and compliance with regulations and laws. Report when high compliance risk issues are identified Keep the regulatory calendar updated and meet deadlines Role Summary

Embed data governance and privacy-by-design aligned to Saudi Arabia’s NDMO frameworks and PDPL requirements. Partner with Legal, Security and Data teams to operationalize controls, evidence compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Skills

Ability to assess compliance and prepare required reports Ability to interpret and analyze data, and problem solve Ability to manage interpersonal relationships Note : Need the person who is having the skill set of Informatica Seniority level
