The Impact You'll Make

As our Indirect Channel Account Manager in Saudi Arabia, you’ll play a key role in leading the growth of Danfoss’ full portfolio while driving the customer experience to the next level.

Your impact? By enabling digital tools, you will transform the purchasing experience for our customers, making it simpler, faster, and more efficient. You’ll collaborate with engineering teams from all product lines and work strategically with the food retail vertical and the distribution channel.

You will take ownership of sales processes from quotes to invoices, negotiate purchase orders, manage forecasts, register and maintain projects in Salesforce, and elaborate management reports, helping us move toward a more innovative, inclusive, efficient, and sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reorganize the distribution channel, appointing new partners for each of the 3 main product groups to deliver double-digit sales growth YoY in Saudi Arabia.
  • Implement digital tools in the main partners to simplify processes while increasing accuracy of information to customers and reducing workload for both customers and Danfoss.
  • Develop the 5-year strategic plan to increase sales and profitability for each of the 3 main product groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners on projects and initiatives.
  • Use your relationship-building skills to create solid and long-lasting bonds with strategic partners.
  • Deliver technical presentations, seminars, and webinars to enhance and disseminate technical knowledge and Danfoss value propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with the food retail team on a regular basis to facilitate end-user sales through distribution partners.

What We're Looking For

  • Educational background in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, HVAC / R, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles developing channel partners, ideally in international, structured environments.
  • Proven experience managing the commercial aspects of a network of distributors, preferably in the Saudi Arabia market.
  • Ability to operate independently and effectively in complex, multicultural settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Creative and proactive mindset, with the ability to deliver innovative solutions, overcome setbacks, and comply with internal processes and deadlines.
